We respect your personal data and only use it as much as needed to deliver your order and reply to you. Below you'll find, briefly and clearly, what data we collect and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we collect and why

3. Who we share data with

Only with the partners we need to run the shop:

Shopify: the online shop platform;
the courier company [TO BE COMPLETED]: for delivery (name, address, phone);
the payment processor [TO BE COMPLETED]: for card payments;
the invoicing software [TO BE COMPLETED]: to issue invoices;
our accountant and public authorities, when the law requires it.

Some partners (for example Shopify) may process data outside the EU, based on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We never sell your data.

4. How long we keep data

accounting documents (invoices): 5 years, as required by Romanian accounting law;
order data: for the duration of the guarantee and the legal limitation periods;
messages and quote requests: up to 2 years;
newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at anna@anna-candles.ro and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro) or with the data protection authority in your country.

6. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and card payments are processed directly by the payment processor, without us having access to your card details.
