Every order is prepared by hand in my workshop, so here is exactly how and when it reaches you.
Making and delivery times
- Making: 2–3 working days after your order is confirmed. Personalised products or large orders may need more time; if so, I'll let you know in advance.
- Courier delivery in Romania: 1–2 working days after the parcel is handed to the courier.
- Total estimate in Romania: 4–6 working days from the moment you order.

During busy periods (Christmas, Mărțișor, Valentine's Day) times may be longer. I always show them on the website and in the confirmation email.
Courier and costs

Payment methods

Tracking your parcel
When your parcel leaves the workshop you'll receive an email with the tracking number (AWB) and a tracking link.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel arrives damaged, please take a few photos of the box and the product and write to me within 48 hours at anna@anna-candles.ro or on WhatsApp. We'll find a solution together: I'll remake the product or refund you.
Natural wax candles can lose their shape at high temperatures. In summer I pack them with extra care, but please don't leave the parcel in the sun.
