1. Who we are

The website anna-candles.ro is operated by ANNA CREATIVE SENZOKEY S.R.L., registered office Str. Amurgului nr. 53 O, ap. 3, Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov County, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 52586132, trade register no. J2025073629000 (“Anna Candles”, “we”). 2. Accepting these terms

By placing an order on the website you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, our Shipping policy, Returns policy and Privacy policy.

3. Products

Our products are handmade to order. Photos are for illustration: every piece is one of a kind, and the shade, wax texture or size may vary slightly. Each product description lists the materials used and instructions for use.

Candles are decorative and ambient products. Never leave them burning unattended, and keep them away from children, pets and flammable materials.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in Romanian lei or in the currency of your market, as displayed on the website. ANNA CREATIVE SENZOKEY S.R.L. is not registered for VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you complete your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; in that case we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders and the contract

An order placed on the website is an offer to buy.
You receive an automatic email confirming that we have received your order.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order and start making the product.

We may refuse an order if the product can no longer be made, if the delivery details are incomplete or if we suspect fraud. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

6. Personalisation

Personalised text is made exactly as you type it in the dedicated field. Please check it before placing your order. For more complex personalisations we will contact you for confirmation before making the product.

7. Payment

You can pay online by card, through the payment processor [TO BE COMPLETED], or cash on delivery for orders delivered in Romania. We do not store your card details.

8. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping policy. The risk for the product passes to you when the parcel is handed over to you.

9. Right of withdrawal

For catalogue products ordered without personalisation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason; the cost of returning the product is paid by you. For products made to your specifications or personalised, the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 16 letter c of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014). The exact steps are in our Returns policy.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. If the product you receive does not match your order or is faulty, we will repair it, replace it or refund you.

11. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to Anna Candles and may not be used without our written consent.

12. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by using the products improperly or contrary to the safety instructions.

13. Disputes

We always try to solve any problem amicably. If we can't, you can contact the Romanian consumer protection authority ANPC (anpc.ro), the alternative dispute resolution procedure SAL (anpc.ro/ce-este-sal) or the competent courts in Romania. Romanian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
